Services

We provide curated access to luxury goods, private sourcing, and concierge services. All requests are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders & Requests

All requests are handled individually. Acceptance of a request does not guarantee the successful sourcing of an item. For sourced, rare, pre-owned, or special-request items, all sales may be treated as final unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Pricing & Payment

Payment may be requested in advance, in full or in part. Payment can be made by bank transfer and other approved methods as specified at the time of the transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

Goods may be sent by post or courier using third-party delivery services. Postage and delivery times are estimates only unless agreed otherwise. Risk in posted goods passes to the client on dispatch, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at Evestra’s discretion unless otherwise required by law. Condition reports are provided in good faith for all items.

Condition & Authenticity

Descriptions and condition reports are provided in good faith. We take every measure to ensure the authenticity and quality of the pieces we source.

Third-Party Services

Repair and alteration services are carried out by independent specialists or ateliers. Evestra is not liable for the acts, omissions, or workmanship of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

Evestra is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party postal or courier services after dispatch. Liability is limited to the amount paid to Evestra for the relevant service or item, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
